This is a very nice and comfortable 2 bedroom house, with large terrace and a shared pool next door. It is 70 meters from the ocean, and has nice garden views from the porch.

This home is in a lovely community of 25 homes, with security and cleaning provided (once a week, but can be done as frequently as you like).

It is very peaceful here. Quiet with lovely nightime views of the stars and lights on the mainland.

There are several restaurants nearby. Restaurants will also deliver food. The kitchen is fully equipped.

It is helpful to have a car or motorcycle while here, or it is possible to do shopping then stay at home and relax and enjoy the tranquility. It is a 1 minute walk to our small private beach. The house is air conditioned in the 2 bedooms, and the bedroom air will keep the living room comfortable.

This house has a washing machine, microwave and gas stove, as well as a large screen TV and DVD player. Also, pots and pans, dishes and towels are provided. There is a shared pool next door, 20 meters away. Kids can roam freely here. The house is located in Baan Talay Thai, 6 km South of the Ao Thammachat Ferry, and 2 km South of the Center Point Ferry.

The Trat Airport shuttle can bring you to a nearby resort, where we will provide transportation to Baan Talay Thai. Also, buses are available from Bangkok that come directly to Koh Chang, where we can pick you up. If you anticipate doing a lot of exploring, it is worthwhile to rent a car. Or we can provide part-day transportation. We have cars and motorcycles for rent.

This house accommodates a maximum of 5 people (with 1 on sofa or pad).
